Stefania Bianca Mennitti

Stefaniagraduated from Università degli Studi in Milan in 1988, has been a member of the Milan Bar Association since 1993 and is admitted to appear before the Italian Supreme Court. She was a research fellow at the Institute of Criminal Procedure and has worked at some of the most prestigious law firms in Milan, handling both civil law and criminal law matters.

Together with Nicoletta Cuomo, in 1998 she founded Studio Legale CMC, which in 2016 became Studio Legale CM & Partners, where she is primarily engaged in advising firms operating in the insurance, construction, public and private health, real estate, logistics and transport industries.

She has gained a significant level of expertise in representing clients in both civil and administrative litigation.
